Björk-less

I have learned that there are people who do not like Björk. Now that I have recovered from my initial shock, I have a few questions:

  1. How can this possibly happen?
  2. How can we support these poor souls in their bleak, empty lives?

    Alas, I am one of those people — sort of. Not really “don’t like” in any strong sense, but the strongest “meh” reaction you can have without being strong enough to verge into dislike.

    I don’t deliberately listen to any of her material, and while I can recognize intellectually her creativity and artistry, none of her work appeals to me.

    Like you being shocked by any possibility of disliking Björk, I feel the same when someone doesn’t like Tori Amos.
