Christmas Tree

For the first time since I left home, I have a Christmas tree.  Euphorbia aphylla isn’t exactly a fir, but mine is perfect for hanging ornaments.  Plus, it’s in the same genus as poinsettia, which is definitely a Christmasy plant.

Holiday Baking

I love baking, especially during the holidays.  Normally I’m very, very busy and don’t have much time to spend baking, but over winter break I can spend days and days just making dough if I feel like it.  Plus, it’s fun to give away cookies and cupcakes.
